Fifth Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival

The Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs (BAPC) was formed in February 2005 and its purpose is to improve general public-chef relations, increase the prestige and status of practicing chefs, and perform valuable public relations for the entire food preparation industry. The BAPC enjoys a warm relationship with all facets of the food industries, many representatives of which are supporters and sponsors of our activities.
By becoming one of us you will be getting information about events, related to our profession from all over the world. You will also have a connection with our other members trough the personal email and site’s forum. And of course we will keep you posted on all the forthcoming events and competitions, news and trends.
Serving the interests of chefs of all levels and backgrounds, BAPC is the sole national association representing chefs from all sectors and types of businesses in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry, and also the industry suppliers. Headquartered in Sofia, BAPC provides members with national and international advocacy, public relations and image management, education, research and information, and other value-added services to provide bottom line savings and ensure a positive business climate for the whole hospitality industry. Regional branches of the associations provide local representation and additional cost-saving benefits to members.
